Aro-Ha

Aro - Is the direction or the pathway in which you are moving towards.
Ha - is your breath.
Aro-Ha is more than just the direction in which your breath is leading, but also refers to the abundance of what is coming from your inner most being. The breath in which you originate from, in which you want to share into the atmosphere. Your inner most being, released into the atmosphere to guide your wairua into the appropriate pathway.
These courses are designed for Peers, Clinical Teams and Whaanau members to bring awareness, advocacy and empathy. They are designed to bring about a peer view of engagement, but from a holistic perspective. Courses range from 2-6 hours in person, then online components for the busy kaimahi. Ideally, you will do a 1 - 2 day waananga to honoru the learnings, as this will not be a tokenistic, tick-box learning; it is a life-transforming space.
Aroha, meaning love, empathy, and compassion, is at the heart of this program. We'll explore personal goal setting to help you identify areas for growth and encouragement. This program is designed to nurture your inner self while providing tools for self-improvement.

Rongo

The Rongo program is a journey of self-discovery and empowerment, focusing on cultivating inner awareness and connecting that awareness with available resources and support networks. The program is built upon two core pillars:1.
